Annapurna Bhandar (formerly known as Lakshmi Bhandar) 2026 (New ₹3,000 Scheme): The West Bengal government, under the leadership of CM Suvendu Adhikari, has announced the transition of the Annapurna Bhandar scheme to the new Annapurna Bhandar initiative. Starting from June 1, 2026, eligible women will receive an increased monthly benefit of ₹3,000 directly into their bank accounts.

In the Duare Sarkar camp, West Bengal’s Women submitted their applications offline to the officer of the Annapurna Bhandar Camp. After that to manage all records digitally and provide the status of the applications online government has started a new website for the Annapurna Bhandar scheme.

The New Annapurna Bhandar portal has lots of features and online application options. Users can easily check the application process and the Annapurna Bhandar application status online. Edit old applications, update applications, upload documents, edit faulty applications, see the list of beneficiaries and many more things are available in this portal.

Create a Annapurna Bhandar account 2026

Before you check to use the Annapurna Bhandar Portal you have to create your own account. After you create your account, you can use all the services provided on the website. For the account creation, you do the simple steps given below…

Step 2: Opening the website you can see the login form. So in this form, you have to put the registered mobile number and the OTP. If you haven’t OTP just click on the generate OTP button.

Now enter your mobile number and press the generate OTP button. After a few seconds, you have received the OTP. Now go back to the login page and enter your mobile number and the OTP you received on your mobile.

Step 3: After entering the mobile number and the OTP press the login button and you are successfully logged into the account. On the left side of your account, you can see your name and after that, you can see the list of the services they provide.

You can use any services from the list. You can fill up the application form digitally online, you can see the applications you submitted before, check the status of the application, see the beneficiary list, check the reverted application can see the faulty applications.

After login Annapurna Bhandar portal you can see the Laxmi Bhandar form option under the dashboard. To fill up and Annapurna Bhandar Online Application in the digital form you have to click this option.

Search the applicant’s details

First of all, you need Swasthya Sathi’s card number to check the details of the applicant.

This is the most important part of this application the applicant must have a Ayushman Bharat (Swasthya Sathi) card form to fill up the Annapurna Bhandar application. The applicant details will be fetched from the database of Ayushman Bharat (Swasthya Sathi).

Enter the Ayushman Bharat (Swasthya Sathi) card number and click the search button. After clicking search you can see the data of the applicant as we go in the picture.

If you do not find any details then check the Ayushman Bharat (Swasthya Sathi) card number and search it again. Without watching data cannot apply to the application.

After getting data you have to see the apply button on the right side of the applicant details. Just click on the apply button the fill up other details.

Enter the personal details

The application form is the first section of the form there will be other options available after finishing this step. There was some information you had to enter according to the form.

• Enter Duare Sarkar’s registration number.
• Enter your Aadhaar number.
• The name was already filled in as the Ayushman Bharat (Swasthya Sathi) card has.
• Enter your mobile number.
• Enter your email ID (if available otherwise leave it blank).
• Select gender.
• Enter the date of birth.
• Age will be counted as the date of birth.
• Enter the father’s name.
• Enter the mother’s name.
• Enter the supposed name (if applicable).
• Select cast (if you do not find your cast like others).

After entering all the information click on the save & next button for the next form.

Enter contact details

In this section, you have to at the contact details of the applicant. There were a few simple details to select or enter to complete the procedure.

• State West Bengal by default set.
• Select the applicant district.
• Select an area urban or rural.
• Select Block/Municipality Corporation.
• Flat Gram Panchayat/ward number.
• Enter village/town/City.
• Enter the house number/premise number.
• Enter post office
• Enter pin code

After giving all these details click on the Save & Next button for or next form.

Bank account details

In the Annapurna Bhandar application have to enter bank details properly. The government will send money directly to the account.

You have to give some simple information about your bank details like

• Enter IFSC code
• Bank name
• Bank branch name
• Bank account number
• Confirm bank account number

When you enter these details Re-check the information before submitting it. If bank details are wrong then the applicant cannot be received the money.

After finishing, click the Save & Next button to continue filling up the form.

Enclosure details (self-attested scan copies)

Before filling up this form you have to know some information about the documents. You must have scanned documents that can be read properly and clearly.

Do not save in high regulation because the upload limit has a maximum of 500 KB.

• Copy of bank passbook (it’s mandatory). 500KB
• Copy of Aadhar card (it’s mandatory). 500KB
• Passport size photo (color) (it’s mandatory). 100KB
• Any other documents if you want to upload (it’s optional no need to upload). 500KB
• Copy of Ayushman Bharat (Swasthya Sathi) card (it’s optional no need to upload). 500KB
• Copy of SC/ST certificate, if applicable (it’s optional no need to upload). 500KB

Before upload, the document compresses the file to the maximum size that the website can be uploaded. After uploading these documents click on the Next button for the final page.

Self-declaration

Now it’s time to self-declaration the application. In this section, you haven’t done anything bigger or filled up any form.

Just click on the checkboxes sewing in the self-declaration section and click on the preview & submit.

Preview and submit

This is the final stage of the submission of an application. Be careful before submitting the application you have to check properly and clearly the whole application in the preview section.

If you find any wrong information or any mistake make corrections immediately. If your application has some mistake or wrong information it can be rejected by the government.

After checking all the information is right then you can click on the submit button.

After successfully submitting the application you can see a notification on the screen. In this notification, you can see the application ID of the application.

Do not close the notification before copying the application ID. The application ID is the most important part of the application because in the future if you track or check the status of your application you have to the applicant ID.

After successfully applying for the Annapurna Bhandar scheme you can search for the application by the Ayushman Bharat (Swasthya Sathi) card number. Now you have to wait for confirmation from the government.
