New Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme 2024 – Laxmi Bhandar 2024: নতুন নিয়মে 1000 ও 1200 লক্ষ্মীর ভান্ডার টাকা দেবে সরকার, Lakshmir Bhandar @socialsecurity.wb.gov.in: To make the women of the state self-reliant, the West Bengal government is running another Scheme called Lakshmir Bhandar (Laxmi Bhandar). Under this Scheme, the state government will provide financial assistance to economically weaker people, including the tribals.
After the recently concluded West Bengal elections, Hon’ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee briefed about the Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme. Soon after Mamata Banerjee was re-elected as the Chief Minister of West Bengal, she started working on the Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme.
The government camp at the door (Duare Sarkar) has already started to ensure the benefits of development Schemes.
The Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme is currently underway in West Bengal. It is a development Scheme undertaken by the West Bengal State Government and Hon’ble Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

Under this financial assistance will be provided to all women in West Bengal to make them self-reliant. In other words, Lakshmir Bhandar is a relief scheme for women in the state of West Bengal.
Under this scheme, ordinary women will be given Rs. 1200 per month and tribal women will be given Rs. 1000 per month.
Last July, Mamata Banerjee said that the Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme is going to start next September.
The main objective of this Scheme, which is run only for women, is to make the women of the state self-reliant.
One of the objectives of the Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme is to make those who are not involved in any government job economically self-sufficient under the Lakshmir Bhandar.
In fact, one of the goals is to eliminate the prevailing inequalities among women by providing financial assistance and cooperation.
It also aims to eliminate poverty in West Bengal and make every woman in the state economically independent.
At a press conference in July, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee spoke about the Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme.
She said the women of the state would benefit from the scheme. The scheme is run for women’s empowerment.
Speaking on the Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme, the Chief Minister said that all local women above 25 years of age in West Bengal would be covered under the scheme.
However, those working in government service would not be covered under the scheme.
Here are a few things to keep in mind if you are going to apply for Lakshmir Bhandar.
Firstly, only local citizens of West Bengal can apply for Lakshmir Bhandar. This means that all women who are not local residents of West Bengal will not be considered suitable for this scheme.
Secondly, the applicant woman must be above 25 years of age. All women below 25 years of age cannot apply for this scheme.
Thirdly, all the women who are working in permanent jobs, i.e., government jobs, or filing tax returns will not be able to apply for Lakshmir Bhandar.
You can go to the government camp named Duare Sarkar and apply for the Lakshi Bhandar Scheme. The government camp at Duare Sarkar will run from 16th August to 15th September.
Though you can apply there for Shasthya Sathi, Rupashree, and many more, the main attraction of this camp is the Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme.
However, besides applying for Lakshmir Bhandar, from here you can apply for various schemes, including Shasthya Sathi Rupashree.
If you are eligible for the Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme, you can go to the Duare Sarkar camp and apply to the government.
You must bring an application form when you apply. You must also show a Shasthya Sathi card. In that case, you can also apply using the Aadhaar card.
So let’s have a glance at some necessary documents that you need to show at the time of applying for Lakshmir Bhandar by Duare Sarkar.
1. You must take a Shasthya Sathi card. That means you need a Shasthya Sathi card to apply for the Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme. However, if you don’t have it, the Adhaar card will work.
2. You need an Aadhaar card to apply for the Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme.
3. You will need a passport-size photograph to apply for the Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme.
4. You can take your income statement to avail the benefits of this Scheme. You can easily get it from the panchayat.
5. You must have your own bank account to apply for the Lakshmir Bhandar Scheme. Here, financial assistance will go directly to your bank account. So if you do not have your own bank account, you must get it.
In addition, if you have a cast certificate, you can take it. But if you do not have a cast certificate, there will be no problem.
In a press conference, the Chief Minister said that the government Scheme is being started in the name of Duare Sarkar again for the benefit of the common man, keeping in mind the success of the last time.
The government Scheme will run at the door from August 16 to September 15. From Khadya Sathi to Shasthya Sathi, Kanyashree, and Rupashree Schemes can be registered in that camp. And their women can register for Lakshmir Bhandar.
Everyone will benefit from this Scheme. Only those who are in government service will not get the benefit of this Scheme. People between the ages of 25 and 60 can apply for this Scheme through the government camp, Duare Sarkar.
Rs. 1,000 for women of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes per month. Ordinary women will get help at 1000 rupees per month.
However, whenever you apply, everyone will get the benefit of this Scheme from September 1.
So to apply for Lakshmir Bhandar, go to your nearest Duare Sarkar camp. If you are eligible for the scheme, you should benefit from it. And don’t forget to carry all the documents and application forms.
